1. Scope of Application
These terms of use apply to the use of the Shoptampere.fi online service. The service is provided by Vilkas Group Ltd. ("Vilkas"), and Shoptampere.fi is the marketing name of the service. The user must accept these terms before using the service. For corporate users, acceptance of the terms requires legal authority to represent the company.
Vilkas reserves the right to change these terms by notifying the changes in advance through the service.
2. Provision of the Service
Vilkas aims to provide the Shoptampere.fi service with care and professionalism. Any possible malfunctions will be promptly communicated and rectified. The service may include temporary maintenance breaks, which will be notified to users in advance whenever possible.
Vilkas reserves the right to change the content of the service by notifying the changes in advance.
3. User's Responsibilities
The user may only use the service in accordance with its instructions and these terms. It is not possible to register a repair shop directly with the service; instead, the company must register with commonly used services such as Google Business Profile. If a company's information needs to be removed from the service, this can be done by requesting a removal request form from support.
The user is responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information provided in the service. The use of the service for unlawful purposes or to disrupt the operation of the service is prohibited.
4. Price of the Service
The Shoptampere.fi online service is free for users. Additional services that a company acquires follow Vilkas Group Ltd.'s price list and delivery agreements.
5. Confidentiality
Vilkas complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding the processing of personal data. More information on the processing of personal data and the register description is available on the service's website.
The operation of the service may require the use of cookies, but they are not used to track individual users' movements. The use of cookies can be prevented through browser settings.
The user must keep their username and password secure. Vilkas is not responsible for damages resulting from the neglect of this obligation.
6. Copyrights and Other Rights
All rights related to the service, including copyrights and trademarks, belong to Vilkas Group Ltd. or its partners. Vilkas may utilize the information entered into the service to provide the service. The right remains valid in accordance with the personal data legislation.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vilkas is responsible for correcting service malfunctions and restoring data from the latest backup. Vilkas is not liable for indirect damages or disruptions caused by force majeure.

8. Termination of the Service
The user can terminate the use of the service at any time. Vilkas can terminate the agreement immediately if the user materially breaches these terms.
Upon termination of the service, Vilkas will delete the user's data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Vilkas may transfer its business related to the service to a third party, including agreements based on these terms.
10. Law and Jurisdiction
The contractual relationship between the user and Vilkas Group Ltd. is governed by Finnish law. Disputes will be primarily resolved through negotiations. Alternatively, matters will be handled in the district court of Vilkas Group Ltd.'s domicile.

These terms of use will come into effect on February 1, 2025, and will remain in effect indefinitely..
